Resource Development Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Planning and Management

  • Identifies strategic provinces for local resource generation together with the Island Head to achieve overall marketing objective
  • Co-develops a local resource generation plan with GK Island Management Teams that includes target groups, activities & definition of responsibility
  • Equips GK Island Management Teams with area scoping, tools, processes (including roadmap from contract to deepening) & best practices (including events) to help them initiate & manage partners
  • Assists Island Head & GK Island Management Teams on any requirements related to resource generation

Partnership Management

  • Engages with existing national partners that have the potential to gain strength on a local level
  • Builds relationships with local partners to expand to a national level or to other affiliated areas

Team Delivery

  • Delivers against set resource generation targets by developing monthly work plan in coordination with GK Island Management Teams
  • Regularly updates Head of Partnerships on delivery and shares best practices & learnings
  • Ensures that all steps to the partnership process are properly documented offline (PG monitoring) and online (GK Unity)

Others

  • Performs adhoc tasks that may be assigned by Head of Partnerships from time to tim

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • College Graduate, preferably a graduate of a Business Management/Marketing

Experience

  • At least 2 years experience in managing activities related to accounts/partnership managementspan>

Multimedia Designer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creates and develops marketing materials and design requirements as necessary for the organization, includes but not limited to:
    • Logo design
    • Layout design
    • Graphic design

  • Maintains archive of all design materials and resources, including a digital photo bank and previous materials (both hard copy and digital file).
  • Manages and coordinates production of all materials from sourcing of supplier, turn-over of approved design in best format possible, quality control and budget management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
  • Proficient in PhotoShop, Illustrator and other lay-out or design software.
  • Knowledge on video editing.
  • Design techniques, tools and principles involved in creating materials for both print and online.
